When it comes to military reintegration support, Harvesting Happiness for Heroes offers Battle Buddy workshops, family awareness training, online programming and community support, one-on-one coaching services, and retreats for Warriors to decompress from battle. We provide user-friendly tools and interventions that will help you adapt your military skills to civilian society. 

The big difference between HH4H and other post military deployment reintegration support resources and programs is that we address the whole person: mind, body, and emotions


Positive Psychology tools, when learned and used, will focus us on our personal strengths and virtues, resulting in a sense of greater well-being and confidence.

Meditation and mindfulness practices develop our ability to concentrate and focus, so that we begin to notice all of our thoughts. This makes us become more clear-headed, aware, and in control of our day-to-day thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Conscious communication skills give us the power to constructively share our thoughts and feelings authentically, while respecting ourselves and others.

Improved Physical Health for Veterans

Yoga is a combination of deep breathing exercises along with balance, strength, and flexibility postures designed to systematically reduce mental, emotional, and physical tension.

Equine-assisted activities help to rebuild the trust bond. Horses respond directly to our behavior. Spending time with these animals is a fun and physical approach that may make us more acutely aware of our emotional states. 

Nutritional education to inform us about how to create a physically balanced and healthy environment for our body, brain, and our emotions.

Sleep hygiene teaches us behavioral and environmental practices to promote consistent, restful and restorative sleep.

Emotional Support for Veterans

Creative expression exercises to help us express any hidden or blocked feelings, which may lead to further anxiety and guilt if left unexpressed.

Group discussion among Battle Buddies, an online community, and private coaching, which offers community support and space to release any feelings of guilt and/or shame.

Healing arts such as massage, aromatherapy, and hands-on healing that relaxes and re-balances the body through emotionally, supportive, physical contact.

Harvesting Happiness Life Mapping is a powerful tool that shows us specifically our specific blockages so that we can figure out what small, concrete changes we can make to live more fully in the present. HH4H promotes a person-centered approach towards healing during the post military reintegration support journey.
