The R.E.B.O.O.T Program for Warriors
One valuable resource for Veterans includes the HH4H R.E.B.O.O.T program. It is not traditional psychotherapy, but rather, it is a holistic psychology coaching program focused on identifying strengths, strengthening weaknesses, creating goals, setting intentions, and executing an action plan to make ideal visions of life a reality.
Regardless of religious affiliation, Military Chaplains are spiritual caretakers who provide a vital role in supporting our Warriors. Preventing burnout and nurturing those who help others on a daily basis and in times of dire need is essential in order to fortify the clergy’s passion, and purpose. HH4H offers support for Military Chaplains to both support themselves, and the Warriors with whom they work.
PARENTING TOOLS FOR WARRIORS
Our program includes parenting tools for Warriors who are parents. We employ Lisa Cypers Kamen’s acclaimed documentary film, H-Factor: Where Is Your Heart? as a core teaching resource for peer discussion around parenting, including:
WARRIOR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS
Families and friends often absorb the trauma their Warrior’s experiences. Harvesting Happiness For Heroes has developed programs specifically designed to address the emotional and physical needs of spouses, parents, friends, siblings and adult children of combat Warriors.
Skills to communicate with your child more consciously
Simple meditations to clarify your own thoughts and get some needed mental R&R
Deep relaxation exercises to feel more rested and energetic.
When we nurture our own body, mind, and emotions, we are better equipped to nurture our child’s.
